Appalling treatment of disabled, violating federal law. Games played at Northview Highschool lacked accessible bathrooms. When inquiring about facilities, I was offered to be assisted by strangers. When I explained they were in violation of federal law, the representative told me they could cancel the whole tournament, suggesting their inability to follow federal law would be the victims fault .
Nothing else about this tournament really matters. They devalue human beings and perpetuate this behavior by doing so in front of our youth. Both the tournament, and Northview Schools should be embarrassed.

The tournament seemed to run good. I will say.. one ump in particular!! Jason Price who runs the terry smith tournaments is absolutely over the top rude and something else! I observed the championship game for 14u and was appalled! One team hit a ball and it hit the fence (in the outfield ) on top of the yellow and bounced back in.. fair ball!! They rushed and got it in. The ump called it a homerun! Both coaches looked confused but obviously the coach did the team in the field argued it.. which he should! This is not a homerun! It is a fair ball! The ump was rude and said go back to the dug out final ruling! Later I watched him stop the game, whip his helmet off and yell at the team up to bat! “ if I have to tell you to turn that music off again”! Huffed and played ball. Nothing was done wrong! This guy is out of control! I will never recommend that any team plays in terry smith tournaments! He does not know how to represent himself our any tournament.

Tournament is well run from a organizational standpoint. Field Conditions were fine. We pitched from Normal mounds most of the tournament, however the championship game was on small portable mound. The major negative was one umpire for all but the championship game.
